We are pleased to have collaborated with Ius Laboris to compile an interactive map showing the rules on reporting data breaches around the world. International organisations can use this tool to take an informed view of whether or not a data breach is reportable. 

This tool is also intended to engender trust in organisations through transparency and accountability in the sphere of data privacy in line with the EU’s corporate sustainability reporting requirements
